The KARELA office park has been awarded the LEED gold certification were VPC was in charge of commissioning. The tasks were completed and documented thoroughly so that there were no comments from the LEEDonline reviewers. It is the first time ever to implement LEED requirements (and commissioning per LEED) in a building in Greece.

New Project

VPC signed up with KARELA SA for commissioning the new building complex in Paiania with total area of 60,000 sqm that is intended to be LEED gold certified. VPC will be responsible for the fundamental and enhanced commissioning.
